We hereby reaffirm our support for the liberation of the Republic of Armenia from its harmful dependence on Russia, our support for the Euro-Atlantic integration of our homeland, which we are sure is now the geopolitical and civilizational choice of the Armenian people.<\/p>\n

We call for the decolonization of the Republic of Armenia from the yoke of Russia, for the Euro-Atlantic integration of our homeland and reject any attempt to reverse or cancel this geopolitical and civilizational choice of the Armenian people.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to contribute to Armenia’s exit from the Russian-led CSTO, EAEU and CIS structures and its accession to the EU and NATO, as the only means and guarantee of political development, military security, economic prosperity and civilizational development of Armenia.<\/p>\n

Hereby :<\/p>\n

1. We condemn any unconstitutional attempts and dissent aimed at undermining the internal stability of the Republic of Armenia. We call for restraint, maintaining the rule of law, as well as the universal and constitutional democratic norm of the Republic of Armenia, including the separation between church and state.<\/p>\n

2. We encourage the Government of the Republic of Armenia, civil society and opposition forces to strengthen the fight against corruption, impunity and violations of fundamental human rights.<\/p>\n

3. We declare that we will continue to work for the return of Armenians to Nagorno-Karabakh and for the realization of the right to live in security in their homeland, according to The International Court of Justice ruling of November 17, 2023.<\/p>\n

4. We emphasize that the Armenian genocide of 1915, which constitutes the most serious crime against humanity and international law recognized by many countries and international structures, is impossible to call into question.<\/p>\n

This announcement is open to every Armenian and every citizen of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n
